About BachatCalculator
BachatCalculator is a calculator-first Indian personal finance site. Every calculator uses the official Indian formula (RBI for loans, IT Act for tax, SEBI/AMFI for investments, IRDAI for insurance, EPFO/PFRDA for pension) and cites its source. We don't run "best bank" listicles or sponsored content — comparison tables only with publicly verifiable data.
Founded by Jayesh Jain, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-286359). We earn commission only on mutual fund distributions made through our ARN and on bank/loan/broker affiliate links. We charge no advisory fees and are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser.
Why "Bachat"
Bachat (बचत) is Hindi for "savings" — but in everyday Indian usage it means more than just money saved: a lower EMI is bachat, a tax deduction is bachat, a high-XIRR SIP is bachat, a right-priced insurance plan is bachat. The brand promises a user benefit on every page.
